On some operating systems, you may encounter an error when attempting to setup Live Access that is similar to this:
If you encounter this error, please do the following:
3. Depending on your browser you may have to choose run or save. If prompted, choose Run. If not prompted, it should automatically download to your downloads folder.
4. Once the download finishes, if you chose RUN, it should start on its own. If you saved the file or it downloaded without asking, locate the file in your downloads folder and double click it.
5. Accept the license terms and click “Install”. The installation process will begin. Please be patient as it installs. It may take an extended amount of time.
6. Once the installer finishes, please click Finish.
7. You’ll now need to restart your computer. NOTE that since this is being done on your host/server computer all computers using Kennel Connection will be disconnected during the restart. Please make sure all Kennel Connection software is closed on all machines including this one. Then reboot. If you cannot do this now, click “Restart Later”
8. Once the computer is restarted, please re-open Kennel Connection and restart the Live Access setup. It should now proceed properly.
