Multipet booking feature

The multipet booking feature lets you make appointments for more than one pet of the same family at the same time, saving you time during the booking process.


Click on File, System Options, Global tab.


Check the box for 'Enable multiple pet bookings'.

There are two ways to make a multipet booking.


1 - Click and drag the owner's name from the client explorer over to the schedule.

2 - Click the Add button, search for and choose the owner's name.


You will then get a popup screen that will list all pets for that client.


Click the X box(es) for the pets you want.

You can book different services for the pet, such as feeds/meds/exercises by switching between the pets in the drop down menu.
