You are able to assign pickup and delivery services to appointments. You can add special messages that will be included on confirmation emails and reports.
On the appointment page, click the box(es) if the pet is to be picked up or delivered back home. Enter any notes here.
If you'd like to include the pickup/delivery notes on confirmations, click on Setup, Business Info, Email tab and click the box for each module as needed.
This setting needs to be enabled for each location.
On the schedule view, the light blue color means the pet is to be picked up. Once the pet is checked in, the color changes to yellow, meaning he is to be delivered back home.
You can print a Pickup and Delivery reports for each module, or it can be printed for all appointments.
You can set the rate for pickup/delivery in Setup, Inventory, Retail box.
The rate needs to be set for each location.
If a pet needs to get a special rate, click Edit on the pet card to enter the rates. They will be charged this rate instead of the rate from inventory.
