Multilocation - Marking days as closed, holiday, vacation and peak season

You can mark days as closed, holiday, vacation, other or Peak Season.

Days must be marked for each location.

You can setup extra charges based on holiday or peak season.  Click on this link for details.

Under each module, click on Calendar.

On the month view, click in this red rectangle where the date is.  It will show a box called "Click to set status".  Click on that box.

You will be able to choose the status needed.

Holiday:  Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Holiday and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.  You can setup an extra charge for dates marked as Holiday.

Vacation:  Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Vacation and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.

Other:  Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Other and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.

Peak Season:  Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Peak Season and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.  You can setup an extra charge for dates marked as peak season.

Business closed:  Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Closed and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.  Business closed marks all modules (whatever modules you have enabled in your system) as closed.  This will also mark Boarding, Grooming and Daycare closed for Online Reservations.  Your client does not see that you're closed.  The dates will be grayed out so the client cannot choose them as a drop-off or pickup date.

In Online reservations, the date will be grayed out.  In our example, the 11th is marked as Business Closed and the 12th is marked as Boarding closed.

Boarding closed:  Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Boarding closed and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.  Module closed only closes this module (Boarding) for Online Reservations.  The other modules will still be open and available for OLR appointments.
