Multilocation - Condensed vs Standard appointment view

There are two different appointment views available, and you can choose the one that works best with your appointment flow.

This setting must be enabled for each location. 


Condensed View

The condensed view is a tab layout, where it shows tabs for each pet(s) and then tabs for each service.  This is an ideal view if you'd like to quickly move through the appointment screen.

To enable this, go to User Settings and check the box the enable.



Now when you are on an appointment, you will see the tabs for each pet(s).  Click on each pet, then click on the individual tabs to fill in their particular services, inventory and vaccines.



Standard View

The standard view has you scroll down to fill in vaccines, departure services, inventory, Other Services, feeds, medications and exercises.

If there are multiple pets, you click on one pet, fill out their details, then click on the 2nd pet, fill out their details and so on.  This might work better for how your business makes appointments or verifies appointment info as pets are checking in.

In this example, click on Bobo and fill in his Vaccinations.



Then scroll down and choose his inventory items, Other Services, Feeds, Meds, Exercises.



Then scroll down and fill in his Inventory, Other Services, Feeds, Meds, Exercises.  Then scroll up and click on Sandy and fill in her options.
