Multilocation - Boarding Occupancy report

There are several Occupancy reports for boarding.

Please note:  In order for these reports to pull data for past and future dates, the settings must be correct in Setup, System Options, Boarding.  These settings must be set for each location.

In this section circled in blue, the 1st and 3rd options (circled in yellow) must be checked but not the 2nd one.  These options also control what numbers display on the boarding schedule and dashboard.  If you have other options enabled, make note.  Set the options and print the report.  Then you'll want to set the options back to what was originally enabled so the schedule shows the numbers you need.

Reports are printed by location.

Print your report under Boarding, Reports.

Current Statistics - This report gives the total pets on the schedule for each day, a total each month, a grand total, and display a graph.

Roll Call - This report shows all the pets on the boarding schedule for the date.

Run Availability - This report can be run for any date range and will show you what runs are available for those date(s).  You can choose to print for runs who have a pet checking out (runs being vacated) or runs where the pet has already checked out.

The report will show how many runs are available for the date(s) for each run size.

Run Summary - This report will show what runs are being used for the date.

Year over Year Comparison Statistics - This report gives a count of how many pets were on the boarding schedule for each day.  It compares the number with the same date last year and gives a percentage of how much the occupancy increased or decreased.  It includes a month total, a grand total and a graph.
