Making sure your computer can run Kennel Connection 7.0

If you want to make sure your computer can run Kennel Connection 7.0 or have been requested to do this by support, please see below. 


On the computer in question, download this tool: Kennel Connection Hardware Analyzer. 


Once the download completes, run the file. (If Windows says it's dangerous or blocked, run it anyway. It's only because it does not know what it is.)


When it runs, click the Start Test button. When it finishes, enter your name, email address and click the "Email to Support" button. 




When it's done, you can close the utility. Someone from the KC team will reach out to you to let you know if your machine can in fact handle KC7.

    - PawLoyalty - Cannot login/spinning or extreme latency and you've verified you have Internet.
