Live Access system requirements

 

Live Access/Client Portal System Requirements

 

Host Computer

  • Windows based PC or server running your Kennel Connection SQL database that does not go to sleep or get shut down. (1 reboot weekly to reduce general resource usage is still recommended but please note that your online services will not be available during the reboot time.)

  • Stable Internet connection.

 

 

Remote Computers/tablets/phones

  • Any PC tablet or phone that supports one of the following browsers:
    1. Google Chrome
    2. Mozilla Firefox
    3. Safari

  • Stable Internet connection via Wi-Fi or LTE
