Last in report**
The Last In report lets you see what clients have or have
not been in during a specified date range or since a specific date. You
can decide how far back you want Kennel Connection to go using the Only go back
to date. Let's say you started your business in June 2010. Instead
of checking all the way back to then, you can tell KC to only go back six
months, for example.
To run the report, click on Reports, Lists, Last In report.
The 'Only go back to" date is available if you choose "Not In
since" or "Not In Between Dates". For example, I want to
see what clients have not been in since June 1st, 2023 but I only want to go
back to March 2023.
Please note: You are required to enter a date
in the 'Only go back to' field or the report will print blank. If you
want KC to check for your entire database, choose the first date your business
was open, June 1st, 2010 for example.
The report will list clients who have not been in since June
1st, 2023, but the last appointment date has to be March 1st to May 31st.
Another example is I want to see what clients were not in
between dates of May 1st, 2023 and July 31st, 2023. I only want to go
back to January 1st, 2023.
The report will list clients who were not in between May 1st
and July 1st, but the last appointment date has to be January 1st to April
30th.
