Issue Reminders
You are able to send either manual or automatic appointment reminders for all modules except Petsitting. In order for the pet to receive a reminder, his pet card must have Issue Reminders set to Yes.
Open the pet card and set his reminders for each module.
You are able to opt a pet out of reminders for one module while allowing him to get reminders for another. For example, your pet can get reminders for Grooming appointments but he can opt out of reminders for Boarding.
If you find a large number of pets are set to No, we have a patch that will set all pets to YES for all modules. Contact support for the patch. Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 x option 2.
