Inactive client registration for OLR

Inactive client registration for OLR

Sometimes you might have clients that have not been to your facility in some time and may be marked as inactive. If these clients signup for OLR, as long as they use some form of matching info (First, last, phone, email) it will still locate their account.

These will be sent to the pending client list where you can approve or deny them. When an inactive client registers, their name will be displayed in red shown here:

Clicking the green "Approve" button will show the email message box. Clicking either of the buttons "Confirm with no email sent or Confirm and email" will prompt you about the inactive client shown here:

Clicking YES will approve their OLR account and re-activate their client card in KC. Clicking No will return you to the approval list with no action taken.
