Icons on Dashboard

The Dashboard in Live Access has a column that show different icons.  You can hold your mouse over each one to see details without having to open the appointment.  Here are what they mean.    

   -    This means there is a client note on the client card.

Desktop KC:

  - This means there is a note on the pet card.

Desktop:

  - This means there are instructions on the appointment.

Desktop:

  - This means the pet has missing or expired vaccinations.

  - This means the client has a warning on the client card.

Desktop:

  - This means the pet has a general warning on his pet card.

  - This means the pet has a board warning on his pet card.

 - This means the pet has a daycare warning on his pet card.

   - This means the pet has a groom warning on his pet card.

 - This means the pet has default groom notes on his pet card.

  - This means the appointment was made through the Online Reservation system.

  - This means the appointment is a mobile groom appointment.
