How to set up taxes

All services taxed

This would be on all service you provide: Admin > Policies > Tax

Specific Service Tax only

Admin> Service Tax

Packages: If you set it up as all tax you still need to set up package tax

Admin> Automated Fee

Note:

Any service that is set to be taxed has to

at least $1 as their price. Any $0 service will prompt a tax charge

Retail Items:

Administration>Products. You can enter new retail items here and include sales tax, or edit existing items that you want to add tax to.
