How can I open another page in Live Access without leaving the Dashboard?
For something like this, the easiest way is to use the browsers native "new tab" ability. Simply right mouse click on the link you wish to open like "view appointment" for example and choose "open link in new tab" or similar. When you're done, save and close that tab.
