How can I get Live Access to look like an app on my phone?

Good questions. We didn't develop an actual iPhone or Android app for this as all that does is create multiple projects that all do the same thing and introduce another level of complexity that's simply not needed these days. Live Access is fully responsive meaning that it will conform to whichever size device you use.
