If you would like to receive email notifications when your clients upload new documents from their client portal, simply navigate in your Hello-Groom, to Online Reservations, OLR Settings, General tab, Email Settings tab and enable the "document uploads" notification. Add in the email address or addresses you would like the notifications to be sent to.
Please note that these notifications are for document uploads from the Client Portal only shown here:
These are NOT for vaccination dates or document uploads that take place during an OLR booking.
