Hello-Groom - OLR Contracts

You are able to set OLR appointments to use the same contract as desktop KC or use a special one just for OLR.  You can also require that your customer e-sign the contract.  This will be saved against the appointment so you can refer to it later or download and print if needed.

You can either use the contract that comes with Hello-Groom or setup your own custom one.  You can also use one contract for appointments that staff members make and a different contract for appointments added through the OLR system.

Click on System Options, Grooming, Contract.  This is the contract for appointments made by staff members.  If you want to use the contract supplied with Hello-Groom, click on 'Use supplied contract' at the bottom.  Hit Save when done.

If you'd like to setup your own contract, type in your contract in the box and click 'Use this custom contract' at the bottom.  Hit Save when done.



Next, click on Online Reservations, OLR Settings, Customize Pages.  Scroll to the bottom.



You are able to Require contract signature.
You can require this for all appointments or just the first appointment for the pet.
'Use Hello Groom terms and conditions' uses the contract you setup in System Options, Grooming, Contract tab.
'Use custom terms and conditions for online reservations' allows you to type in a separate contract to be used for OLR appointments. 



You are able to setup optional terms meaning a client can Accept or Decline and required terms meaning the client has to click to agree to the terms.

Optional terms can be something like an insurance fee they can opt into, or they agree to use your kennel's vet in emergencies.



Required terms can be any important information that you need your client to know and need them to click a box to acknowledge that you informed them of this information.



Be sure to hit Save Settings at the top of the screen when done.

You'll need to click on OLR Settings, Pages to Display to turn on the Contract page for OLR appointments.  You can also use the Up/Down arrows to set the order of the pages as your client makes an OLR appointment.  If the Contract is most important you can set that as the first page.





When your client is making an appointment, this is what he will see.

At the top he will see your contract terms.

Then it will list the optional terms you have.  They can either click to Accept or Decline.

Then the mandatory terms will show.  They are required to check each box or they will not be able to continue with the appointment.

If you require a signature, your client will need to sign in the box or they will not be able to continue with the appointment.




The OLR appointment will show if the client has accepted or declined the optional terms.  



You can click on Appointment History and open the signed contract here, Download and print if needed.  You're able to search by date, module or client to find the contract needed.



Here is the contract when you click to View.  We have wording that explains the client agreed to your terms during the OLR appointment steps and includes the client's signature. 



Under the signature, you will see the option to Download the contract.

    - KC Online Reservations - Clients are getting an error upon login or cannot book ANY reservations.
    - Hello-Groom - Cannot login/spinning and you've verified you have Internet.
    - Credit Card Processing - Cannot take payments at all from any method.
    - PawLoyalty - Cannot login/spinning or extreme latency and you've verified you have Internet.

    *Utilizing the emergency support for non-emergencies will not receive a call back.
    *Users without a valid subscription will not receive a call back and will need to speak with a sales representative on the next business day.
