You can mark days as closed, holiday, vacation, other or Peak Season. This will alert your employees so they can continue making the appointment or not. It will mark days in Online Reservations as closed so clients cannot choose these days.
Click on Grooming, Calendar.
On the month view, click in this red rectangle where the date is. It will show a box called "Click to set status". Click on that box.
You will be able to choose the status needed.
Holiday: Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Holiday and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.
Vacation: Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Vacation and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.
Other: Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Other and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.
Peak Season: Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Peak Season and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway.
Business closed: Employees will get a popup that this day is marked as Closed and ask if they want to make the appointment anyway. This will also mark the business closed for Online Reservations. Your client does not see that you're closed. The dates will be grayed out so the client cannot choose them as a drop-off or pickup date.
In Online reservations, the date will be grayed out. In our example, the 11th is marked as Business Closed and the 12th is marked as Grooming closed.
Grooming closed: This works the same way as Business closed.
