Grooming reminder interval

The Grooming reminder interval on the pet's card is used to print a list of pets who should schedule their next appointment.


On the pet card, go to the Grooming tab.


For this example, our pet needs to come for an appointment every 8 weeks so we put that in the Grooming Reminder Interval.


In order for pets to show on the report the Issue Reminders also needs to be set to YES.


If you have a large number of pets in your database that are set to NO, contact support for a patch that will default all pets in the database to YES for Issue Reminders for all modules.  This is so you don't have to manually update all the pet records.  Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 x option 2.



To print the report, click on Reports, Grooming, Reminder labels/Reminder list/Reminder cards/emails.  


Put in your date range.  KC will look at the pet's last checked in groom appointment and calculate if this is their next reminder interval and add him to the report.


The reminder labels are mailing labels if you'd like to send out postcards or letters.


The reminder list will give the client and pet info, phone number and last appointment date for each pet.



You can setup a notice that will be included in the reminder email.  That is done under File, Lists, Notices.



When you click on reminder cards/emails, choose the Notice you'd like to include.
