The Groom Log includes pet/owner information, employees assigned to Bath, Groom, Nails, Others, prices and groom notes.

You can opt to not include phone numbers under File, System Options, Grooming tab, Groom Card Format tab.

Print the log by clicking Print on the Grooming schedule.

Or you can click on Reports, Grooming, Groom Log, With or without notes.

You can also opt to print for only Checked In pets by clicking that box.
