Open the pet card.  Click on the Grooming tab.

The Grooming Dates section will list all appointment dates for that pet.  If you click on each appointment, it will show the groom notes for that particular booking.

You can also print the groom notes history for all pets on the schedule by opening the Grooming schedule, then click Reports, Grooming, Groom History for all.

If you are making a departure service groom appointment through another module (Boarding, Daycare or Training), "Departure Service" will appear as the groom notes.  If you want to show either default groom notes or history, use the "Get Grm Notes" or "History" buttons.  For daycare departure service appointments, you will need to modify the groom appointment through the pet card or grooming schedule to get groom notes.

If you would like the employee's name and date to show in the groom notes, go to File, System Options, Grooming tab.  Check the box for "Put check in date in pet card's groom notes".
