Error when manually updating Live Access files

If you ever need to manually update your Live Access files because the auto-sync is not working and you get this error in the command update window:


Running update checks...please wait
Last updated date/time: 1/1/2000 12:00:00 AM
Checking and downloading updates...please wait...
 Exception: Could not find default endpoint element that references contract 'CPDownloadServiceReference.IClientPortalDownloadServices' in the ServiceModel client configuration section. This might be because no configuration file was found for your application, or because no endpoint element matching this contract could be found in the client element. 


It means that the KCAzureHostSynchronizer.exe.config file is missing from your C:\KC7\LiveAccess folder. 





Please download/save this attached file and drop it into your C:\KC7\LiveAccess folder. Once it's in there you can either wait 10 min for the files to auto sync or you can go back into Kennel Connection desktop, utilities, Live Access and click the "download updates" button. This time it should pull in any new files. 


Once it's done, you can go back to your web browser, and if you still have the Live Access open, you can press CTRL + F5 on your keyboard to refresh. Or close the browser and log back in.
