Error "Update or CancelUpdate without AddNew or Edit" when attaching documents to client or pet records

This error is usually caused by the document name being too long.  Shorten the name and make sure it contains no special characters such as quotes, brackets, asterisks, etc.  If the error still occurs, contact support at Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 option 2.
