Error "Too many login attempts" when sending emails

When you send an email through Kennel Connection or its time to send automatic emails, KC logs into your email provider's server.  Once the login information has been authenticated, KC sends all emails to your provider.  That's all it does.  It is up to your provider to send the emails to you client.


This error means that there have been too many login attempts to your provider's server and they are suspending your account for an unknown amount of time.  You will need to contact your provider for further assistance.
