This error is being caused by a network drop.
Reboot the computer to see if it reconnects the network. If not, click on Start, My computer/Computer to see if the network drive is listed. There may be a red X on it. Double click to see if it will open. If it does, you should be able to use KC. If it doesn't, tech support can attempt to reconnect.
