Error ODBC SQL Server Driver Communication Link Failure on a workstation

Error "ODBC SQL Server Driver Communication Link Failure" on a workstation

This error is being caused by a network drop.


Reboot the computer to see if it reconnects the network.  If not, click on Start, My computer/Computer to see if the network drive is listed.  There may be a red X on it.  Double click to see if it will open.  If it does, you should be able to use KC.  If it doesn't, tech support can attempt to reconnect.  We do not support your network so if we are unsuccessful, you will need to contact a local technician to assist with the network issue.  Support@SoftwareConnectionLLC.com or 1-888-486-4343 x option 2.
