When sending emails through Kennel Connection, here is the process.
When it's time to send automatic emails or you hit the Send button, KC logs into your email provider's server. Once the login information has been authenticated, KC sends all emails to your provider. That's all it does. It's up to your provider to send the emails to your clients.
This error means that KC is logging into the provider's server, but when the server is trying to validate the account, it is being rejected. You will need to contact your email provider with the error message so they are able to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
