The regional settings on your computer do not match the date/time format within Kennel Connection.
In Kennel Connection, click on File, System Options, Global tab. Confirm the selection you have entered for date format. Click OK to close the window and close KC.
To reach your regional settings, click on Start, Control Panel, Region and Languages.
Please note: The example below shows the settings for mm/dd/yyyy settings. If you are using dd/mm/yyyy, you will want to ensure that the short date shows yyyy for the Year portion of the date format.
If your regional settings show the Short and Long date above, they will be changed in order to allow Kennel Connection to read time and date information properly from your Windows Settings.
Click the drop down menu for Short Date and select MM/dd/yyyy. Click the drop down menu for Long date and select MMMM dd, yyyy so that it shows as seen below.
Click Apply and OK to close the regional settings. Restart Kennel Connection and open the calendar.
