Error 383, Text property is read only, when booking multiple pets

This error is caused by regional time settings in Windows.


Remedy:  

  • Close Kennel Connection and open the Windows Control panel.
  • Locate the "Region" or "Regional" settings.
  • Once inside, at the bottom, click on "additional settings" then at the top of "additional settings," click on the "Time" tab.
  • You will need to change your A.M and P.M. settings to AM and PM.  There can't be any . (periods) in between.
  • Once you change it to the AM and PM, click apply and ok.
  • Close the control panel and reopen Kennel Connection.  You will now be able to book the appointment.
