Error 3265 when adding a new employee

Error 3265 when adding a new employee

You are getting error 3265 when adding a new employee or choosing a new employee for bookings.

  • Close Kennel Connection on all computers.
  • Start it on one computer.
  • Click on File, Employees.
  • Click on the new employee on the left and uncheck the boxes at the bottom.

  • Hit save.  Exit Kennel Connection.  Reopen Kennel Connection.
  • Click on File, Employees.
  • Highlight the new groomer on the left and check the desired boxes at the bottom.
  • Hit save.  You can now open Kennel Connection on all the computers.
