If your employees are attempting to login to Live Access and see this message:
It means their account in Live Access has been marked as suspended.
Find someone with manager or full admin access to login to Live Access, navigate to Manage, User List, locate the employee in question and you should see the login status as "Suspended."
Click the edit pencil. Inside, set their account to active:
Save your changes and this employee will now be able to login.
Please note that if you disable an employee in KC Desktop (File, Employees,) it will automatically suspend the Live Access account if the user has one. Re-enabling the employee in KC desktop will NOT re-enable in Live Access. You'll need to complete the above process in Live Access to make the employee active again.
