You are able to email based on appointments for the day. You can email pets in a specific module, pets that are checked in, pets that have already checked out, pets that have not checked in yet, and any combination of those.
Some scenarios might be:
1 - You want to email all daycare pets on the schedule for tomorrow and let them know you are offering baths for 5% off for tomorrow only.
2 - You want to email all special services pets scheduled for pool time to let them know the pool is unavailable.
3 - You want to email all grooming pets scheduled for tomorrow and let them know the groomer is sick and they will need to reschedule.
4 - You want to email all checked in pets and pets that haven't checked in yet to let them know you are closing early because of bad weather.
5 - You want to email all pets scheduled to be walked by Martha and let them know John will be coming instead.
Click on Utilities, Send Emails.
Please note: The client must have an email address on his client card to be included on the list.
Click on By Appointment and Select.
Click on the date.
It will list all appointments scheduled for all modules on that date.
You can leave it on all modules or choose a specific one from the drop down menu.
There are options for Checked In Only, Checked Out Only and Not Checked in. Once you have made your choices, hit Select All to choose those customers.
You can also choose specific customers by checking the box in front of their name.
Please note: If you leave all of these boxes unchecked, it will be all pets on the schedule for the day. However, if you check all of these boxes, it will also be all pets on the schedule for the day.
If you want to email all daycare pets scheduled for tomorrow to let them know you are offering 5% off baths for tomorrow only:
Choose the correct date.
Choose Daycare from the drop down.
Either leave all the boxes unchecked or check them all to get all of the pets on the daycare schedule.
Click Select All.
Compose your message and send.
If you want to email all petsitting pets scheduled with Martha and let them know John is coming instead:
Open the petsitting module and sort by Martha.
Go to the Email utility.
Choose the correct day and choose Petsitting.
Choose the clients you would like to email.
Compose your message and send.
If you would like to email all pets checked into the facility and those not checked in to let them know you are closing early today:
Choose the correct date.
Leave it on All Modules.
Check the boxes for Checked In Only and Not Checked In Yet.
Click Select All.
Compose your message and send.
