Email Error - SendAsDenied
Email Error - 554 5.2.252 SendAsDenied; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied
When sending emails in Kennel Connection, if you get the error stating "554 5.2.252 SendAsDenied; ******@*****.com not allowed to send as ******@*****.com; STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied" first try setting the email address you have as the Username under File>Business Info>Email to match the email address you have under File>Business Info>Business Information in the Email field.
Then go back under the Email tab of Business Info and test the email settings again. If it says the message was sent successfully, you've resolved the issue.
If the issue persists, you'll need to reach out to your organization's email administrator, as this is stemming from an issue on the email server's end.
