There may be times when you have duplicated board
appointments. This is either caused by duplicate runs or duplicate run
sizes.
To fix this, click on File, Lists, Runs.
Click on the option "Show runs marked as deleted".
In this example, the run Deluxe 1 shows on both the Active
and Deleted list. (List shown in red)
It will display a list in red. These red runs are ones
that you have deleted at some point in the past. You now have an active
run named the same thing. When you have an active and deleted run named
the same thing, Kennel Connection will duplicate those appointments.
To fix this, delete this list (red runs only). Click
on each run and hit Delete run.
You will get a popup about no appointment will be shown for
this run. These are deleted runs that you are permanently deleting from
the database. Click Yes to the prompt.
The next step is to click on Run Sizes and make sure you
don't have any duplicated run sizes. If you do, click on the duplicate
one and rename it. Hit Save. It will ask if you want to update all
runs of that size. Click Yes.
Once runs and run sizes are fixed, go back to the boarding
schedule and hit the Refresh button. Or you can close/reopen the
schedule. The duplicates should be gone.
