Difference between Business Health Report and the Close Out report
Business Health Report Vs Close Out Reporting
Close Out Report pulls the numbers based on the Cash basis which means it only considers the payments that were received during the date range (Appointment dates can be outside of the range) while,
Business Health report pulls the numbers based on the Accrual basis which means it will consider the revenue from the appointments that fall during the date range (paid dates can be different)
Example:
Daycare appointment - booked and paid today (May 30th)
Appointment date is 7th of June
Close Out Report will include this revenue if I run the report for May 30th (As the payment was collected)
Business Health report will include this revenue if I run the report for June 7th (as the appointment occur)
