Daycare log**

The daycare log will list a notation if a pet is scheduled for Pickup or Delivery (P or D), the in and out times, pet/owner information, breed, the Daycare Room/Type, Rate, if the pet has a departure service scheduled, Appointment notes, Daycare Grade and Daycare package information for the pet and client.

 

The daycare grade is found on the pet's card, Daycare tab.

 

 

 

 

The pet's package information is found on the pet's card, Packages tab.  The client's package information is on the client's card, Packages tab.

 

 

 

 

The daycare room/type, pickup/delivery, and Notes are entered on the appointment screen.

 

 

 

 

BGNO (Bath, Groom, Nails, Other groom) are entered under the departure services tab of the appointment screen.

 

 

 

 

To print the daycare log, either hit Print on the Daycare schedule, or click on Reports, Daycare, Daycare log.
