Creating appointments in Live Access
Creating appointments in Live Access is simple. Here's a quick overview.
From the left-hand menu choose the module you want to create an appointment for and choose "Make Appointment" OR click the "Add" menu item and create an appointment from there. Both bring you to the same place.
Search for the client name or pet name or any info you have. You can do combo searches as well like Tom Smith Fluffy to narrow it down. Select your client, module and start date. If making a multi-pet booking, click the arrow next to each pet you want to select.
In this case here I'm only making a booking for Snickers. Click Go.
This will open up the booking window where you can set all the preferences and apply any other information pertinent to this booking. Be sure to click "Save" at the top before exiting!
Note the warnings are tabs on top of the booking.
Important: If you are making a multi-pet booking, the left side of the booking window will be actions that apply to ALL pets in this booking. The right side of the booking window applies to the pet selected in the tab only.
