1) Click on the Pawloyalty logo

2) Click email marketing

3) Create a button

4) Choose who you want to send this to All (all clients), Specific (one person or more), Group (People you are targeting)

  • If you are sending to a group, you have to set up your Marketing groups, see Create a new Marketing group below.

4) Fill in the name (This is the name of the email marketing but the client will not see) - Fill in Subject line - Fill in your HTML and plain text tab and hit save

5) you have now saved an email you can use over and over again. (You can edit it and also delete it)

6) You can now go in and send it to one person or more, or a group of people you want to target.- or marketing group

  • Specific -This will populate everyone in the system

    • You can use the "ctrl" (control) then "F" keys on your keyboard to and type in the client's name in the box and it will find your client or clients then hit save.

  • Group - Select your filtered marketing group then hit save.

3) Marketing group selection

4) Create a new marketing group.

  • Note: Each client in your system would have to be tagged with the marketing group selection you want them in.

    • In order to tag your clients, you must have Marketing group selection configured, see below.

  • Customer management - Edit - Select the marketing group you want them in
