If you are using the CardPointe CC integration with a Clover there are a couple settings you can control from the KC side.
- Ability to print or not print Clover receipts.
- Ability to prompt or not prompt for tips on Clover.
If you wish to print Clover receipts for every CC transaction, you'll need to enable that feature.
For Kennel Connection desktop, go to File, Business Info, Credit Card tab. To enable printing, check the box for "print receipts to Clover'. To disable printing, uncheck it.
*Note that you can also disable the Clover from prompting for tips. If you are a location that does not accept tips, you should disable this option by checking "Disable tip prompt on Clover".
For KC Cloud or Hello-Groom go to Setup, Business Info, Credit Cards.
IMPORTANT: Please note for Clover receipts, it's all or nothing. If enabled to print, it will print for each transaction. If disabled, nothing will print from the Clover, but you always have the ability to print the receipts from Kennel Connection.
