Cloud - Special rates: Holidays, peak season and daily rates

You are able to add Special Rates for each module.  This is an additional rate that you charge pets for Sunday stays, for example, or for Peak Season appointments.


Click on Setup, Lists.





Click on Special Rates.

Enter your rates for each module.  You can add a rate for each day of the week, or Holiday and Peak Season rates.


You are also able to add your own description that will show on the invoice.


For example, you can set the Holiday and Peak Season rates for Boarding.





Or you can add a $20 special rate for Sunday grooms.





The next step is to tell KC your Holiday and Peak Season days.


Under each module, click on Calendar.




On the month view, click in this red rectangle where the date is.  It will show a box called "Click to set status".  Click on that box.



For example, we can mark 12/23 to 12/25 as Holidays.




When you make an appointment that falls on a Holiday or Peak Season, you will get a popup message asking if you want to continue.





When you create the invoice, the special rates is a per pet charge.


Two pets booked for a Christmas stay will be each be charged 3 Holiday rates.





A pet booked for a Sunday groom will get the surcharge.
