Cloud - Multipet board rates by runs

Cloud - Multi-Pet Board Rates by Run**

You have the option to set multipet pet rates for runs so that you can offer discounts to pets of the same family.


Click on Setup, Lists.




Click on Run Sizes.


For each run size, enter rates for up to 5 pets.  Rate is for the 1st pet.  Hit Save after each run size.


Please note:  If you do not enter a rate for pets 2 - 5, then KC will charge the first pet rate.





In order for multipet board rates to work, you must book all pets together as part of a multipet booking and you must book them into the same run.


On the appointment screen, choose a run.  If you choose a run under "Run for all" then this run will be assigned to all pets.

Or you can click on each pet and choose the same run.  This will load the multipet rates.
