You are able to assign colors to your employees and breeds. This will show on the schedule so you can see at a glance how many grooms employee Bob has, or how many Akitas you have scheduled.
In the menu click on Grooming, Calendar. Click on the Gear icon.
Please note: If you decide to show both the breed and groomer color, the appointment shows as the color of the employee and the outline is the color of the breed. A suggestion is to choose brighter colors for the breed and more muted colors for the employee so it's easier to see the difference.
For example, this appointment is for an Akita and his color is set as a bright green. The employee Kelly's color is set to a blue color so it displays like this.
Please note: If an appointment has different employees assigned for the bath vs. groom vs. nails vs. other groom, the employee color that displays is for the groomer.
Click on Breeds.
Click on Add New.
You are able to set a color for each breed, or have several breeds share the same color.
You may want to have colors based on how long the appointment is for. For example, you'll only need a few colors to show 1 hour appointments, 2 hour appointments, 3 hours appointments and so on.
On the select screen click the breed(s) and then click on the color to show the color display. Scroll to the one you'd like.
Hit Save when done.
Click on Employees and do the same steps. Each employee can have their own color or they can share the same color.
These colors will display on Grooming, Calendar. Click on the which color you'd like to display: Breed, Groomer or both.
The colors will also display in Grooming, Schedule. Click on the options you'd like: Breed, Groomer or both.
