PawLoyalty - Setting up Online Booking

To setup your online reservation system, click on Pawloyalty, Administrative.

Click on Customer Widget.

Click on Generate Code.  Copy this code onto your website, named Booking Reservations, for example.

Please note:  These appointments are not automatically approved.  They will go into Reservation Request list and an employee will need to approve them before they are added to the schedule.

Next, you'll need to setup the services that a new client and a current client can choose when making an online appointment.

Click on Administration, Current Customer services in Widget, and New Customer Services in Widget.

Under each, choose the services you want to be available for online bookings.  Be sure to hit Save when done.

Next, click on New Customer Profile Type and choose the steps a client will take when they book an appointment.  

You can also include a custom message when new clients signup.  Be sure to hit Save when done.
