At what point does the refund show up on the revenue report - on the day of refund or on the day the refund is for?
This is based on the report.
For financial reports like Daily revenue, Closeout reports, it would be based on when the refund is triggered/ given (if I canceled the appointment today and if it triggers a refund then, it would show when you run the report for today).
For Revenue Audit Service Date report, this would be based on the first day of the appointment as the report is run based on appointment dates.
Boarding and Appointment that is for a single day - its the Check-In date.
If its a string of multiple appointments (I.e. multi-day Daycare appointment) then, it would be based on the first day of that appointment (if I have a multi-day daycare appointment, dates are 20th, 25th, and 30th and if it has a refund then it would be shown if you run the report for 20th September as it is the first day).
