There are two ways to add new clients that have not visited your business before from the Live Access system.
Either by clicking "Add" on the left hand menu and choosing "New Client"
OR:
Open your client explorer and click the plus sign (+) in the upper right corner:
Enter the details and click create.
Here, Chris Smith was added. It will open up a more advanced client card. Click "Edit" to fill out more information.
Simply add all pertinent info and when done click save. Continue on to the pets tab to add pets for the new customer.
When the info is saved, from the client card, you can see the info. (Note you can return to the client card from the pet card by scrolling to the top and clicking the client name.)
In the screen shot above over to the right you'll see two options. Book and a gear (settings) icon. The book is just that. It allows you to book an appointment from the client card. The gear/settings icon allows you to choose what info you want to show in that top quick info section where you can see the clients name and address and other info.
