Hello-Groom Adding a Groom Appointment

There are a few ways to make appointments from Hello-Groom.

1. From the left-hand menu, expand the Grooming option and click the "Make Appointment" button. This will open the "Make New Appointment" window where you can search for the client, select one or multiple pets, choose the date and click Go. 

2. Without expanding the Grooming section, simply click "Add" on the left-hand menu, choose Grooming Appointment, search for the customer, select one or multiple pets, choose the date and click Go. 

3. Using the client explorer on the left, start typing into the search field. You may search by first name, last name, pet name, phone, address and other data. When you locate the client/pet you were looking for, select one or multiple pets and choose the "book" option. 

QUICKTIP: If you prefer to always view the client explorer, click the thumbtack icon at the top. This will pin the client explorer open. To unpin it, click it again. Please note that it will hide the main menu, so you'll need to click the hamburger menu icon in the upper left to display the main menu. 

4. If you are already inside a client or pet card/record, you can use the "book" button in the upper right to book an appointment.
