Adding a custom message to cancellation email

You can add your own custom message for Cancellation emails by going to File, Business Info, Email tab, Special Emails tab, Cancellations tab.  The message will apply to all modules.


Please note:  You must have confirmation emails enabled for the Cancellation email to be sent.  Click here for directions.
