To add a link to your business website so your clients have quick access to the Client Portal, you can simply hyperlink some page text or a button on a page or your main site menu to redirect your clients either on same page or in a new tab to your Client Portal URL. There’s no longer any need for embedding code or I-framing forms to your site as it’s all handled inside the new system.

Example: If during my setup I chose RonsPetBoardingMA.MyKCApp.com I would use https://RonsPetBoardingMA.MyKCApp.com/clientlogin as my URL for my customers. You could use page text like this:

“Welcome to Ron’s Pet Boarding! If you’re looking to book a reservation with us, please visit our Client Portal & Online Reservation System. Feel free to signup if you’ve not used it before!

OR you could create or find/purchase a button/image to use and link the button to the same URL:

There are websites out there that you can use to generate free buttons for your website. One of them that’s useful is https://buttonoptimizer.com/

Here is a list of the URL's you can choose from. PLEASE NOTE you must change RonsPetBoardingMA to your own URL you created during the Live Access setup.

General Client Portal login: https://ronspetboardingma.mykcapp.com/clientlogin

From this above link, your clients can login right into their client portal AND if they have not yet created account and they are existing customers OR new customers, they can click the "Don't have an account? Register here" link to sign up!

Direct link to Client Portal Signup/Registration: https://ronspetboardingma.mykcapp.com/olr/preregister 

If you want to have a separate text link or button link that takes users DIRECTLY to the signup page, you can use this link. This link will allow them to choose NEW USER or EXISTING.

Direct link for EXISTING clients in your Kennel Connection software to signup/register for Client Portal:
https://ronspetboarding.mykcapp.com/olr/existingclientsignup 

If you want to have a button/link that says something like "Existing users click here to signup," you should use this link above as it will take you right to the existing user signup page. 

Direct link for NEW clients NOT in your Kennel Connection software to signup/register for Client Portal:
https://ronspetboarding.mykcapp.com/olr/newclientsignup

If you want to have a button/link that says something like "New users, click here to signup," you should use this link above as it will take you right to the new user signup page.

If you created and maintain your own website but are unsure on how to add these options, you’ll need to contact a web designer. If a company created your website for you, please contact them to add this new link. We are unable to assist with web development.
